You may not have your submit button configured to send you an email.

1.  Log into your site
2.  Go directly to your data collection form
3.  Select the "Options" button directly above your submit button
4.  Select "Configure data collection"
5.  Enter your email address and make sure to check the box indicating that you'd like responses emailed to you.
