If your Data Collection fields don't look aligned in the 'Preview Changes' or 'Public Content' view modes, your browser may not be wide enough.

Depending on your browser, move your mouse cursor over either the right border of your browser window or the bottom right corner. Then click and drag to the right to widen the browser window.

If changing your window size does not eliminate the problem, check to make sure that all your Data Collection fields are formatted identically.
