Yes, the SpinSite Feature Choices page includes a process for uploading files for download by your visitors. The files are stored in your library, and you can view their titles and manage them along with your other uploaded files.

Note: Your library is only available when you are logged in as the administrator. To access your library click the 'Uploads' button on your administration site tool bar.
